Line & Prime for Brows & Lips Pencil

Very useful addition to your make up bag, this clear wax pencil has a multitude of uses! It is super soft and glides on invisibly. Use as an invisible lip liner and primer, and also to ‘tidy’ the edges after applying lipstick. Line and prime the area before applying a brow pencil and/or powder to keep the shape clean. Afterwards, use to ‘tidy’ the edges and can be applied as a protective finishing wax over the pencil lines.
